After your booking order and our written booking confirmation, which you will receive from us by e-mail, the code for the chalet's locking system will also be sent to you by e-mail on the day before your arrival. The code is valid for the entrance door of the chalet and the suite for the duration of your stay. You can use your access code to check in from 15:00 on the first day of your stay. If you check in between 23:00 and 06:00, we will not be able to reach you by telephone in the event of a technical failure of the locking system.
We kindly ask you to leave the suite by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay at the latest.
Your booking becomes binding after your booking order and our written confirmation.
The overnight tax is included in the price and is €1.50 per person and night.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
Use of the sauna and whirlpool is at your own risk. Please pay particular attention to the protection of small children. Please inform yourself before using the equipment. Detailed instructions can be found in our information brochure and by scanning the QR code directly on the whirlpool.
Open fires, flammable materials and electrical appliances are prohibited in the sauna. No electrical appliances may be used in the whirlpool.
Dogs are welcome in our accommodation, provided that our guests take care to leave the premises clean. There are no additional costs. We ask for your understanding and co-operation so that future guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!
The following conditions apply exclusively to bookings made via our booking system on this website. If there are no individual agreements, we charge a deposit of 20% to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid no later than 3 days before arrival.
If a booking is made within 3 days before arrival, we ask you to make the full payment as soon as possible.
You will receive information on how to pay the remaining amount in an e-mail.
If you decide to pay the total amount in advance, please click on the „Non-refundable“ option during the booking process. In this case you will receive a 10% discount. However, we would like to point out that this amount cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
If no individual agreements have been made, we only accept bank transfers, PayPal transfers and credit card payments.

A free of charge change of booking or cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival, after that the total amount has to be paid 100%, we recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance (see below). Requests to change or cancel bookings will only be accepted by Email.
